A different kind of demand

Customers commit to the week. You fulfill the meals.

Customers purchase Dining Packages in advance. DK's organizes those paid meal choices into scheduled carts, giving your kitchen clearer demand and fewer individual transactions to manage.

01

DK's brings prepaid customers

Customers have already purchased their Dining Package before selecting your meal.

02

You accept only your own terms

Orders can be placed only where, when, and with the notice period you publish.

03

You prepare and fulfill

Your restaurant cooks the meal and handles delivery or dine-in service directly.

THE DK'S MODELPrepaid demand
1Customer buysA weekly Dining Package
2Customer choosesYour listed meal and time
3You fulfillUnder your published terms

DK's pays your restaurant for fulfilled meals—without taking a commission from the sale.

Your kitchen stays yours

Set the terms. Change them when operations change.

The platform adapts to your capacity—not the other way around. Every setting controls what customers can see and order.

01

Menu and meal tiers

Choose which dishes to offer and assign each one to the tier that matches its quality and quantity. DK's does not change it.

02

Delivery radius

Set a radius from zero to city-wide. Only eligible customers inside that area see the meal for delivery.

03

Hours and notice

Publish precise fulfillment windows and decide how much advance notice each order requires.

04

Dine-in mode

Enable dine-in and your meals become visible city-wide to customers browsing in that mode.

Your published terms matter.

Changes take effect immediately for future orders. Any order placed while a setting was active must still be fulfilled under the terms the customer saw.

Reach beyond your storefront

Serve promising neighbourhoods without opening another kitchen.

Add virtual locations by selecting a point on the map and setting a delivery radius around it. Your meals can then appear to customers in that area while preparation still begins at your restaurant.

Less friction, clearer economics

We earn from the customer—not by taking a cut from your kitchen.

DK's adds its margin to the Dining Package model. Your restaurant receives the amount attached to the meal tier you selected.

Restaurant FAQs

The partnership, clearly explained.

What to know before bringing your menu to DK's.

Does DK's charge restaurants a commission?

No. DK's is the paying customer and does not deduct a commission from your meal sale.

Who decides each meal's package tier?

Your restaurant does. You assign the tier based on the meal's quality, portion, and offering. Customer ratings do not change it.

Who delivers the meals?

Your restaurant fulfills its orders directly and controls the delivery radius and available time windows.

Can we offer dine-in instead?

Yes. When dine-in mode is enabled, customers browsing dine-in meals can see your offerings city-wide.

When do restaurants get paid?

Restaurant payouts are made every Wednesday for eligible fulfilled orders.

What are virtual locations?

They are additional map points from which you can define customer visibility and a delivery radius. A restaurant may add up to four.
